Multimedia artist Beatrice Glow kicks off our inaugural “Apothecary of Ideas” with a site-responsive installation, which is based on a fictional family rescuing their prized possessions from an uninhabitable Earth, circa 2068. Composed of hauntingly luxurious artifacts, including a range of hand-embroidered textiles, scent experiences, videos, as well as VR-sculpted and 3D-printed objects, the collection blurs the boundaries of fact and fiction and explores the language of luxury and power.

Traditional Wampanoag Sunset Dinner


An afternoon tour is a prelude to a Traditional Wampanoag Sunset Dinner at Herring Cove. Clams, lobsters, mussels and scallops are cooked in layers of seaweed on stones heated with wood and fire by Chef Marcus Hendricks, a 12th- generation member of the Mashpee Tribe.

Bookman stayed at the Mary Heaton Vorse House to work on a new screenplay, ‘My Decade Sister’, a coming-of-age story set in Provincetown. He is the author of the novel ‘Close to Nowhere’.

Singing in My Soul Benefit Concert for Bread & Roses


In collaboration with Sinners and Saints, the concert featured Johnny Shepherd with special guest singer Rocco DeLucca on vocals. All proceeds went to Bread & Roses, an organization that continues to bring live and recorded music to those who are isolated and need an uplifting experience.

In June, iconic Bay Area performer Paula West live-streamed from Saint Joseph’s alongside Adam Shulman on piano, Aaron Germain on bass, Greg Wyser-Pratte on drums, and Scott Sorkin on guitar. The proceeds from the concert went directly to local musicians who were struggling during the pandemic.

Provincetown Film Festival's First Night 2020: A celebration of Trans Filmmakers


Saint Joseph’s Arts Foundation partnered with the Provincetown Film Society to raise awareness and funding for their mentorship program, which supports emerging trans and non-binary everging fillmmakers. On January 11, a day-long symposium was hosted to assist LGBTQI filmmakers, screenwriters, actors and producers break into film and television.
